Selected product marketing work.

Three examples of translating technical products into a clear market position, a coordinated go-to-market program, and measurable business results.

Case study 01 · Zero-to-one launch

Validator Gateway

Positioned validator-performance infrastructure around an economic outcome: earn more from every validator without rebuilding the staking stack.

CategoryBlockchain infrastructure
AudienceInstitutional staking providers
RolePositioning, GTM & launch
01

The challenge

Validator optimization was technically sophisticated but commercially abstract. The launch had to connect relay timing, synchronization, and node performance to improved staking returns without adding operational risk.

02

The audience

The primary buyers were institutional staking providers and professional validator operators. Heads of Staking owned the economic decision; infrastructure teams evaluated and implemented the product.

03

The position

Earn more from every validator—without rebuilding your staking stack.

The story connected reward optimization, BDN synchronization, and fast integration in one performance layer.

04

The launch

Built the market and persona research, messaging, technical education, product page, sales assets, partner announcements, performance reporting, and measurement plan.

Results

5%+relative APY improvement in initial usage data
3.63%average annualized validator yield
19K+participating validators
10%+of total staked ETH represented by partners

Case study 02 · Positioning + web strategy

bloXroute.com + Network Pulse

Reframed a broad technical platform around clear audience paths, use cases, proof points, and developer-ready actions.

ChallengeTraffic without product discovery
OwnershipIA, positioning & page copy
StatusUnpublished website redesign + public metrics prototype

What changed

The website had traffic, but users were not consistently navigating into the product. I redesigned the story around audience-specific jobs, product use cases, technical proof, and clear routes for developers and commercial buyers.

  • Created the positioning, information architecture, page copy, and product narrative.
  • Shifted the story from a broad platform to audience-specific outcomes.
  • Designed a public metrics concept for BDN, Solana Trader API, and ETH MEV Relay.

Status: The redesign was presented internally before my departure but was not launched; the linked prototype represents the proposed positioning, information architecture, and page experience.

Case study 03 · Partner-led growth

xToken Terminal

Built the partner proposition, launch narrative, incentive programs, and operating systems for a two-sided DeFi platform.

ProductOnchain liquidity infrastructure
AudienceProtocols + liquidity providers
RolePMM, partnerships & growth

The program

Terminal depended on both protocol partners and liquidity providers. My role combined product marketing, business development, ecosystem incentives, campaign execution, and the systems needed to operate the pipeline.

  • Developed partner propositions and coordinated co-marketing with protocols and foundations.
  • Led GTM for Terminal, liquidity-mining programs, Flashstake pools, and integrations.
  • Implemented CRM, funnel tracking, reporting, and repeatable partnership workflows.

Results
